We got great value for our money with a clean, modern, and spacious room at Borgoleoni 18. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Este castle and away from any traffic noise. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

Breakfast items could have been better if there were more hot options or cereals available.

their property is fabulous - from check-in to check-out - with luxury all the way. it's located in the heart of town - just steps away from the spectacular Estense castle. the rooms are modern - beautiful, and cool - with all the comforts you could ask for. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious - with homemade treats and fresh offerings. the internet is perfect - a rarity in italy.

The free breakfast was so enticing, I had to try everything. The complimentary bicycles made me feel like a pro cyclist exploring the city. The Venetian-style facade gave me a taste of Italy's elegance.

The room at Borgoleoni 18 was cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The pillow menu was a nice touch, ensuring I had the perfect pillow for a good night's rest. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days.

I personally wasn't a fan of the partially open bathrooms with showers. It's just my opinion though, as I know some people might enjoy the open concept.

The rooms were beautifully modernized and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh fruits, pastries, and homemade yogurt. The location was perfect, close to the town center and easily accessible by bus.

One criticism would be the shower, which tended to overflow and flood the bedroom if not careful. It could use a small modification to prevent this from happening.
